We do a complete foot and video gait analysis to make sure your foot is supported and comfortable.  Next, try on some technical shorts and tops, and ladies-- get measured and FIT for a supportive sports bra. We'll talk to you about nutrition and hydration, and sign you up for a walking group or a 5k race. It's not just about the shoes. We're providing you with the tools to help get you FIT for life

it all started last year with the dreaded diagnosis of breast cancer.....and it all ended sunday, august 29, with a celebratory swim around bird key with fellow swimmers, friends, family and supporters surrounding her.  congratulations, dana westmark.  we love you!!

SUMMER CHALLENGE FUN RUN RESULTS ARE IN!!!!

ALL SUMMER LONG, FLEET FEET FUN RUNNERS HAVE BEEN RUNNING IN THE HEAT, HUMIDITY AND RAIN.  OUR SUMMER CHALLENGE FUN RUN BEGAN IN JUNE AND CONTINUED UNTIL AUGUST 23.  RUNNERS JOINED THE 6 AM TEAM DAYBREAKERS OR THE 6 PM nightwatchers.  The team with the overall best attendance is........both!!!

THAT'S RIGHT---EACH TEAM SCORED FIVE BEST OVERALL ATTENDANCE PERCENTAGES!  EVERY TEAM MEMBER WHO CHECKED THEMSELVES IN ON THE SIGNUP SHEET AT LEAST 5 TIMES DURING THE SUMMER IS ELIGIBLE FOR A FREE SAUCONY SUMMER CHALLENGE WINNER TECH SHIRT.  PLEASE STOP IN THE STORE OR GIVE US A CALL TO RESERVE YOUR SIZE.  THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR A GREAT SUMMER CHALLENGE EVENT!!

Every October, area runners invade  beautiful, serene casey key for the annual 5 mile bill's beer run sponsored by manasota track club.  this year will be even more exciting, as it is being held oct. 31--halloween!!  put on your best costume, and come out for the best party of the year!  hurry, only 700 runners will be accepted for the event.  Download the registration form here:
