Debbie Leslie, m.s., r.c.e.p., l.m.t.--accomplished athlete and licensed massage therapist--will present an informative in-service on strategies to prepare for a successful, injury-free event. What should I eat? When should I taper? What should I wear? How will I find my family/friends after the race? Have you been asking yourself these questions? Get the answers from Debbie! 10 am - 11 am. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THIS EVENT.

Come join our fun runs Mondays and Thursdays at 6 pm, rain or shine (except for lightning!). Come by yourself, or bring a group of friends! We'll provide a variety of routes/milage, water, restroom, a "keybox", post run popsickles, and hopefully a walking or running partner or two. All abilities are invited to attend. FREE!
If Chris is man enough to wear a sports bra to support his breasts, you can be woman enough to wear one too.
